A Certified Online Instructor, James has created hybrid immersive international excursion courses for Parsons, Pratt, and FIT’s newly launched MFA Fashion Design. The courses he develops infuse a modern way of learning that embraces and appeals to a wider range of today’s learners and enhances their educational experience and exceeds their expectations.

Responsible Supply Chain

Responsible design should not be perceived as the enemy of creativity and innovation. James teaches to respect the entire supply chain and shares his knowledge of responsible alternatives over conventional processes, materials, and methods.

James’ goal is to encourage the next generation of emerging fashion design and business professionals that responsible design is a mindset embedded into every phase of the design development cycle as a competitive advantage. Ultimately he wants them to be authentic, address ethical issues related to accountability, and exemplify the best responsible practices to create responsible future fashion systems.
